Hand made in Germany.  August Forster is one of the top piano builders in the world.  Each August Forster Piano is hand built by the finest craftsmen in Germany.  90% of all the components come from Germany with the exception of the soundboard which is sourced from the Val De Fiemme Forest in Italy.  This forest produces the wood for the finest acoustical soundboards in the world.  It also uses a Renner Action from Germany, which is considered the best action in the industry.  If you are an accomplished piano player and want a piano with an extraordinary sound and playability this is your dream piano. We are fortunate to have this piano on consignment from the original owner who loved this piano and took great care to make sure this piano would look and sound as beautiful as the day is was built.  These are pianos that will last a lifetime if properly maintained.
